Calls a month you never answered
calls per day × missed % × days open × 4.33 gives missed calls per month (4.33 = average weeks in a month). We then apply your "would have booked" share and multiply by your average job value.
Empty slots you'd already booked
bookings per week × no-show % × 4.33 gives no-shows per month. Each one is counted at your average job value — the slot was booked, so the revenue was expected.
Monthly leak and yearly leak
Monthly leak = missed-call revenue + no-show revenue. Yearly = monthly × 12. Rounded to whole currency units. Your real figure depends on the assumptions you set above — change them and watch it move.
